The company is taking its first steps in 1952 when after the WW2 Angelo Carpano, the founder, was forced to leave the city of Belluno to Val di Fassa, the current headquarters.
Angelo opened the first butcher shop in Pozza di Fassa, helped by his wife Catherine, from Moena. The two gave birth to 5 children, all engaged in the slaughtering and meat processing...
